For this project, I learned how to use Adobe Premiere for film making. I usually used iMovie.

It was easy to actually use the application and add sounds, effects, transitions …

1. What was challenging?

It was challenging to first find and idea of film linked to an emotion but also to film it in a short period of time

1. How could your submission be improved?

I think my footages could have been filmed better and maybe the audio improved

Maybe spend a little more time on how to film footages correctly

It is always useful to know how to properly make and film videos

I didn’t use any other sources for this project

For this project, I learned how to created the basics of a game through Unity

What was easy?

Its was easy to find assets and make the first steps (for example building mountains, or painting terrain)

What was challenging?

It was challenging to make a landscape that looked nice in the eyes of the player (no errors like assets that don’t work …)

How could your submission be improved?

I think that some of the assets I chose do not work exactly the way I wanted to (but I could not find others that were better)

It is always useful in everyday life to have some knowledge about game making especially for projects

I used some Youtube tutorials to help me make my landscape

I learned how to use figma’s website ; I learned how to create pages, how to modify headers and footers to make it appear on all pages, how to insert a logo and most importantly how to create and interactive website.

• What was easy?

It was easy to understand how the platform works and to find the tools to change the colors, the shape and formats of components

• What was challenging?

It was challenging to find an idea for the last page of the website that would fit well with the rest of the website

The portfolio page is not very complete as I have not done a lot of digital or art projects.

If one day in the future I need to create a website for example, I will know how to use figma to do it.

I searched on internet ideas for my last page but also for the content of my other pages ; for example I found some ideas on digital.com

What was easy?
Most of the project was easy as we could follow each step with the material provided and everything was well directed

What was challenging?
It was challenging to find colors, themes and images that we could associate together so that it still looks good.

How could your submission be improved?
I think I could have worked more on the fading of the images especially on the front page

How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?
Maybe give us more time in class to work on the project and ask questions if necessary

How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?
Photoshop is a very useful tool for everyday life for example to remove things from pictures or even in the work field to create marketing communications

I did not use any other sources than the course. However, I was able to find inspiration on the Unsplash website
