Project 3-Video Game

I had never made a video game before so this whole thing was new for me, and I’ve never really played video games before so I did not really have a good sense of what people do or like to do in video games
The easy part was following along with the video it was very helpful and if Tyler did not make the video follow along step-by-step I would have been so lost.
I had never really done anything with video games before so the whole process, in general, was something new to get used to.
I could improve my submission by adding some of the extras that had been discussed like a winner code or some of the other fun things.
I could apply this in the future if I would have to ever do something with gaming or the unity app
Nothing directly inspired me I was just trying to follow along to Tyler’s video because I would have been lost without the video, so I guess Tyler inspired the project I made.

Project 4-Video Making

This whole process was new for me, I’ve never made a film-making video before, but it was fun and I enjoyed it.
Overall the whole project was pretty easy adding the videos, edits, filters and effects.
I wouldn’t say there was much that was challenging it was more just figuring out the video maker app because I had never used it before.
I think the music to my video could have been better, but I just could not really make anything sound good.
I really liked the assignment I would not change anything about it, because it’s kind of hard to say because I could not use it on Adobe Premiere because I could not get it on my computer, but overall i thoroughly enjoyed the project.
This could be applied in the future if you ever have to make a video for any job you work at, such as a promotional video or anything.
There was not a specific reading that inspired me. It was more of Corona that helped me make this video, it is based off of mine and my friends last weeks of school together before we all had to go back home. The video is supposed to be a happy video that reflects some of the memories and fun times we have shared with each other.

Project 2-resume

I learned how to code in general, I never knew how to do that before I started this project.
The easy part of this project was putting all of my personal information in because it was just stuff about myself.
At the beginning I thought getting the hang of the code was challenging, like typing what where because sometimes my information would be in the wrong spot because I did not type it in the right spot.
I could improve my submission by maybe trying more color schemes, I wanted to keep it pretty basic and not add to many different colors, but adding some more colors might make it stand out a little more.
I could apply this into future scenarios if I ever needed to code at a job or internship I was working for.
The fonts in use page inspired me and showed me how many different types of fonts there are and that specific fonts should be used for specific writing pieces, like for a resume keep it simple and easy to read

Project 1- Christmas Card

I learned how to remove the layers of a background when putting pictures on my card.
The format of the card was easy, and putting the pictures I wanted.
Some things I found challenging was actually cropping the background out of the picture so there wasn’t extra space on the outside, and drawing the shape along with putting the words curved around it.
My submission could be improved by making the cropped images have a little less extra on the outside.
Be a little more detailed in the directions because I got lost a lot on trying to follow what I was supposed to do, especially on the writing along a path on the shape I needed help on how to figure it out.
Now that I have learned how to do all of these things I photoshop, I could make advertisements or posters for an internship or trying to promote something.
I used the first article “7 beginner Mistakes to Avoid when Designing for Print” it helped kind of show me what not to do considering I have never made a photoshop card before so I did not really know what to use and what not to use. Also, some of the comments on the bottom of the page were very helpful.

Lab 1: Creating Imagery

1.Why did you choose the pixels in part 1? What about the image in part 2? We selected the pixels in the noise to create a square, and to add or delete to the square. We selected the pixels in the image so we can learn how to select only certain parts of an image so we can change specifics on it.

What happened in step 12? The transform control bar allows for transformations such as rotating, the scale, distorting, perspective and other things.

What could this image be used for? The image could be used for showing the pixels of a photograph through zooming in and out, and what happens when you do that.

What other ways can you think to generate imagery from scratch? You can generate imagery through almost anything such as drawing, painting, or even using outside materials like sculpting.
