Project 3 Maze Game

1). I learned a lot during this project because I never did a game design before. So, I learned how to put architecture and materials into unreal engine where I was able to create the look of my game and what it is about.

2). The easy thing about this project was coming up with a game that is intriguing, but still easy to create due to myself being a beginner.

3). The challenging part of this project has to deal with the layout of my game and how much time it took to create different paths where some were dead ends and others leading to the pawn where you beat the game.

4). My submission could improve based on what goes into the game. I could get more complicated with it with the architecture and other objects being put in.

5). I don’t know what professor Dunkle could improve with. This is a great start to game design where nothing sticks out that needs improving.

6). I can apply this knowledge in the future when I want to create another game.

I learned the basics about photoshop and some interesting techniques that I never knew about. The easiest thing for me was creating different type of layers to create different looks. Id have to say the most challenging part was getting everything to look proper and neat where it isn’t all jumbled together. My submission could definitely improve on how I used the techniques, basically spending more time with it. I’ll be able to apply my knowledge to future assignments because I have learned sufficient and the most important tools to essentially get started with projects in photoshop. This work was inspired by the holiday Valentine’s Day.
