Joshua Carman dies / will

– John and Caleb to manage their uncle Joshua’s estate

– Abigail to receive the field called “Tylsum”

– Benjamin to receive the house formerly belonging to “Latten” and “the old field at the south”

– Joshua and Joseph to have his grinding and sawing mills upon their majorities, operated by John and Caleb  (Presently site of Silver Lake Park, Baldwin)

– Samuel and Thomas to have the meadow next to the lot formerly the “Jacksons”

– John Carman’s grandchildren
