Jamie O'Neil invents new concepts and tries them out as art or tricks on people. In 2002 he began speaking through a different voice, first to his video camera, then to business professionals, this practice evovled into his virtual identity: Kurt Weibers. His work investigates physical and social systems, change, truth, persuasion, self-organization, and emergence. He has three kids, a dog and enjoys being a tenured professor. He loves windsurfing and amuses himself with malapropisms, puns, pop science, process philosophy and relational aestehtics.

The video THE MEDIUM IS THE MIX summarizes ideas from a series of papers by Jamie O'Neil written between 2006-2008. Currently, O'Neil is working on a book that further synthesizes the papers into a single statement.
