Project 4

In this project I was able to learn how to create a short movie that shows emotion by working with different software.
The easiest part of this project was combining at the material together. Sometimes with other projects adding one media to another can be difficult, but for this project it was easy to put everything together.
The most challenging part for me was trying to capture the right emotion in my movie. I wanted mine to be happy and filled with some of my favorite memories and I had to make sure it went together and showed that emotion.
I think my submission could be improved by adding more effects, but at the same time I enjoyed how simple it was.
This assignment could be improved by having more freedom in the project.
I enjoyed created this project and in the future I could see my self helping a company using this software to create videos and ads.
There wasn’t a specific video, but I love TikToks that are happy memories collaged together, which is what inspired my video.

Project 3

In this project I learned how to created a video game by using certain programs.
Overall I though this project was difficult. Personally, every step was confusing even using the slideshows to help step by step, it still was hard. Therefore, nothing was easy for me.
Referring to to my answer for question two, the whole project was difficult, mostly trying to figure out how to use the programs.
My project could be improved by being more creative. This was a quick project and with breaks and such coming up I felt rushed to get the project done, only doing the minimum.
If there was anyway this project could be improved I feel as though using a different project would be the best option. It was a struggle to use and complicated to get into each time.
Though it was difficult, learning how to use these programs could help me in my future create in advertising since it deals with creativity and exploration of ideas.
For me, there was nothing specific.

Project 2

What did you learn? During project 2 I learned how to create a website and what goes into making a good website. In this project visuals are actually important in discovery how to catch the eyes of viewers. In creating a website it’s important to have everything look cohesive while making the most important aspects standout.
What was easy? To me, the easiest part of this project was figma. Figma is a great way to create a website easily and effectively. Photoshop in project 1 was a lot harder, so the easiest part of project 2 was Figma.
What was challenging? The most challenging part of this project was creating the logo. The logo is a staple for a website and it represents your brand. For our logos we used our initals and I felt the letters A and L were hard to look like a creative logo.
How could your submission be improved? Even though I prefer simple and easy details and colors, one way my project could be improved is by making more small details to get it to the next level.
How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class? One way to project could be improved was making a theme for the personal website. Maybe next time each website could be used for a purpose, such as a travel blog or fashion website.
How might you apply your knowledge in future work or assignments? For the future I hope to work in advertising and PR in which it’s helpful to know to create a website and a personal brand. Even if one day I decided to create my own side project it’s goo to know to to create a website.

Project 1

During this project I learned how use photoshop. Not only did I learn how to add image and text, but I also learned how to use shortcuts and use tools to create different pieces of work.
The easiest part of this project was adding photos into photoshop and adding text to the images.
The most challenging part of this project was learning how use the tools to add minor details such as removing the the background on a foreground image. It was challenging to learn how to make the image smooth and clean.
My submission could be improved by adding a more creative aspect to it. My card is clean and neat, but it could be more creative.
The professor could improve the assignment for the next class by adding more practice to fully grasp how to use the tools in photoshop.
I plan on working in PR and could use the knowledge of photoshop for different job projects. I could also use the knowledge of photoshop for future assignments by using shortcuts and have it become a smoother project.
There is not specific video that inspired me for this project, but having the professor do different examples of texts and images inspired my card.
