- What did you learn?
- I got to really utilize my photoshop skills. I got a lot more comfortable with the mask tool for this project.
- What was easy?
- Getting my idea together was easy for me. Once I knew I wanted to do the “heart of a lion” metaphor I was locked in on a sports theme with it and it came easy to me to create.
- What was challenging?
- Figuring out the mask tool was a bit rough at points. I got into a cycle ad couldn’t find why some things weren’t working. Once I figured it out it went smoothly!
- How could your submission be improved?
- I wish I used some sort of pattern in this project a bit. I love the way it came out and I used juxtaposition, I just wish I made it a bit more interesting as far as the background.
- How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?
- I would love to learn this through figma in addition to photoshop.
- How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?
- Masking and using tools like that I will definitely take away from this.
- How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?
- The other com/dma student blogs helped me a lot as far as inspiration for this project.
